Andrew and James Partnership is based in Cowbridge branching out across South Wales and the UK. 

  • Covering a 60 mile radius from our Head Office for all Residential surveys, drawing and projects works. 
  • Travelling across the UK for Commercial services.

Architectural Works- From inception to completion to include site measurement, drawings, planning and building regulation submissions and project management We do as much or as little as you require.

Range of Surveys- Reports prepared by our Chartered Surveyors with their extensive knowledge and experience of residential and commercial properties.
